Robert Hastings - Managing Director
After a career in the city including 12 years working for the Bank of England Robert has over 30 years experience in business development, client management, marketing and sales within a number of large professional services consulting firms including Watson Wyatt and Mercer Consulting where his clients included numerous FTSE 350 companies.
Robert continues to provide business development consulting setting up his own business RHD Limited in March 2008. He has been providing advice to a number of small to medium sized businesses including ADBaker, Paramount, WS Planning, Capex, HQ Lacquer and Greencorn.
From his early experiences with small to medium sized businesses Robert realised that they were often missing the sort of advice that was available to larger companies, the concept of Springboard started evolving early in 2010 and has now been brought to fruition ‘I believe that with the right advice and resources there are major opportunities for small and medium sized UK businesses to grow quickly even in what has been a poor economic environment’
