Caroline Slater brings more than 20 years experience of the hospitality & leisure industry to the table; developing front of house teams, managing systems & processes so as to assure efficiency within the operation as well as implementing sales strategies across market sectors thus optimising on best rate and occupancy.

Success has come in a variety of shapes and sizes; from convincing her General Manager to make space so that she could introduce a reservation office and team, which led onto researching the market and capturing far greater shares of the corporate sector through to contracting and managing major events such as the Grand Prix, Six Nations and the NUT. It was only natural that she should then apply her flair for identifying new business into Regional, National and then Agency Account Manager based roles developing relationships such as Ford, PWC, Schlumberger and preferred agents Intel, Banks Sadler etc

In 2006 Caroline formed ‘Inspired Seasons’, a booking agency that would specialise in overseas itineraries, however it was Caroline’s ability in gaining ‘bookings’ for the itineraries that prompted an interest in ‘calls’ which she now attacks with relish on behalf of a diverse range industry sectors as well as being the voices behind several Exhibitions
